[coldsync-hackers] Confusion while building 2.3.0
Happy Groundhog Day everyone,
I tried installing 2.3.0 today, downloading source from
http://www.ooblick.com/software/coldsync/coldsync-2.3.0-20011210.tar.gz.
It configures just fine, but I get a "don't know how to make
coldnamed.o" error message. I've grep'ed through the directory and haven't
found anything. There's a comment in src/Makefile that says that it'd be
better to move coldnamed to its own directory, but that's not giving me
any kind of hint on how to get coldsync to compile.
I'm running FreeBSD 4.4. If anyone could give me a bit of insight,
that'd be nice. :)
