[coldsync-hackers] 2.2.5 broken with m500/usb?
Hi!
I just updated from the old coldsync-2.2.0-20010905 to the
latest 2.2.5, but found out that my m500 won't sync by USB
any more. My ~/.coldsyncrc looks like this:
listen usb_m50x {
device: /dev/palm;
}
After the update, coldsync complained about the listen type
"usb_m50x". First I changed it to usb, but then I got the error
that USB support is not activated.
Then I tried serial, but when I press the hotsync button, it
justs asks me to start HotSync on the Palm (which I already
did). I just have to ^C it...
Coldsync 2.2.0 is working fine though, so I guess my USB is
properly configurated.
What can I do? Any hint is appreciated! Thanks! :-)
System: Athlon, RedHat 7.2, Kernel 2.4.17
