	Since you don't care about the contents of the database, I'm
pretty sure you can say

	use Palm::Raw;
	&Palm::PDB::RegisterPRCHandlers("Palm::Raw", "");

in your script, and it should work. If not, I have a Palm::PRC module at
home that I can send you, but it's not stable enough to include in the
official distribution.
