[coldsync-hackers] Linux & m505 & coldsync 2.2.4

Hi,

i have tried to use my m505 under linux with coldsync 2.2.4 without success. 
I did have success with coldsync 2.1.3 and the m505 patch. The readme 
suggests to use the simple protocol setting for the m505 with 2.2.4, but this 
just doesn't work.

From the archive it seems, that most m50x related discussion on this list is 
about freebsd. I wasn't able to find linux related m505/usb questions. Aren't 
there any m505 users or am i just the only one having trouble with this setup?
Netsync with pilot-xfer and normal sync with the patched coldsync 2.1.3 work 
fine, so it's probably not my usb setup.
