	90% of the time, it's probably most appropriate to send
patches directly to me, and not spam the 100+ people who are
presumably on this list mainly for the saucy gossip.
	Of course, common sense applies: if you've fixed some annoying
bug that people have been complaining about, or if I'm being
unresponsive, go ahead and let people know. If the patch is long, then
it might be more appropriate to put it on an ftp site somewhere and
just send out the URL.
