it. You don't even need to be logged in.

	You can definitely sync multiple users' Palms on multiple
serial ports simultaneously. So assuming that you can get it to work
over a modem, this shouldn't be a problem.

	No idea. I hardly ever use Palm's HotSync manager, so I don't
know how stable it is.
