Not dense. I was just pointing out an observation.

It turned out to be the kernel driver I was using anyhow. I am running
coldsync 2.2.0 without problems.

However, I don't know how but I managed to crack the screen of my visor
when it was in my pocket. I can only assume it must have been bent beyond
tolerance at some point. Very upsetting.
