[coldsync-hackers] clock sync conduit

Hello, here is another newbie.

I wrote a clock sync conduit for coldsync.
It calls ColdSync::SPC::dlp_SetSysDateTime on host's localtime.
I had some problems writing .coldsyncrc, because coldsync requires
"type:" in conduit directive.

Does anyone interested in my implementation or do you have
a better solution already?
