[coldsync-hackers] New snapshot: 2.1.1

I've uploaded another snapshot, for version 2.1.1. The main
change is the documentation, which has been brought up to date
(*gasp*!).
That, and a minor bug fix: ColdSync no longer uses $HOME when
looking for .coldsyncrc and creating directories, since $HOME is
incorrectly set when run from usbd (or inetd, I suspect). This might
help those people who reported "process restarting too quickly"
errors; if you don't use ColdSync in daemon mode, you probably don't
care.

I think the current version is about as stable as it's going
to get in the next few days. I just want to fix one last bug (if you
have multiple lines in /usr/local/etc/palms, ColdSync doesn't always
find the Palm correctly), and update the BSD port, and then I'll call
it the new stable version.
