[coldsync-hackers] Conduits

I've started putting up some of my conduits off of
http://www.rcbowen.com/imho/palm/  The URL under that may change again, since I
may end up putting pilot-xfer conduits there, or whatever other sync agent I
experiment with next.

It's not pretty, but perhaps it might provide some useful examples.
