	The questions "which PDB types does this conduit apply to?"
and "when does this conduit run?" are orthogonal, so I'd rather not
overload the "type:" keyword.
	Besides, this might come in handy later: a sysadmin might want
to add a conduit to /usr/local/etc/coldsync.conf, but have it run
after all of the user's conduits.
	(Gah! This is starting to get really messy. Remember, folks,
.coldsyncrc isn't really a config file. It's really a small,
specialized program.)
