[coldsync-hackers] Bug fix release: 1.4.6

	I've just uploaded ColdSync version 1.4.6, a bug-fix release: many
of you noticed that, oddly enough, conduits weren't working anymore.
	Also, I've incorporated Philipp Hahn's new! improved! German
translation.
